Public Actions & Sanctions
MARI™ collects publicly available administrative, disciplinary, enforcement and legal actions reported by more than 200 regulatory agencies and self-regulatory organizations that perform oversight of professionals in the mortgage, real estate, appraisal, commercial banking and securities industries. OFAC data is also included.
Examples of publicly available disciplinary actions and sanctions found in the MIDEX database include:
- Fines;
- Suspensions; and
- Revocations.
Continuous Monitoring services are available for public search results. If reports pertaining to searched persons or companies are added to the MIDEX database, subscribers will automatically receive an alert that new reports or report updates have been added to the database.
