Continuous Monitoring
MARI helps you proactively manage compliance and professional risk management through our Continuous Monitoring service. With Continuous Monitoring, we will electronically notify you of status changes, newly acquired licenses and disciplinary actions, sanctions and/or contributory incidents naming the monitored professional or company. *
MARI takes the guesswork out of tracking the ongoing compliance of third parties. Whether your search is on one professional or company, or several through batch mode, we will immediately begin monitoring those professionals or companies for any changes.

Continuous Monitoring is available for the following MARI services:
- Public Disciplinary Actions and Sanctions Data and Non-public Contributory Data*
- Subscribers only have to perform one search because MIDEX keeps track of each person or entity that is searched.
- If reports pertaining to these persons or companies are added to the MIDEX database, an automated notification and a copy of the report will be sent to the Subscriber.
- Licensing Data
- Eliminates the need for periodic manual re-verifications of license information. MARI will electronically notify you of changes in critical information, including:
- Name change (for both individuals and companies).
- Affiliation change.
- Address change.
- Branch add/drop.
- DBA add/drop.
- License number change.
- License status change.
- License expiration date change.
- License drop.
- Any new licenses acquired, as available.
