The Mortgage Industry Data Exchange (MIDEX®) is the only industry-contributed repository used for verifying, credentialing and monitoring professionals and companies. The database contains a unique combination of industry-contributed investigations of adverse activity, public disciplinary and licensing information.

Safe information sharing is reviewed by the DOJ
The U.S. Department of Justice reviewed the contributory portion of the MIDEX database and issued to MARI a business review clearance. In addition, MIDEX policies and procedures used in this cooperative information exchange have undergone exhaustive review by counsel to its subscribing members.
