Safe information sharing is reviewed by the DOJ
The U.S. Department of Justice reviewed the contributory portion of the MIDEX database and issued to Mortgage Asset Research Institute a business review clearance. In addition, MIDEX policies and procedures used in this cooperative information exchange have undergone exhaustive review by counsel to its subscribing members.
